Casual Accounts Clerk (Receivable)
Thejo Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Casual Accounts Clerk with a focus on receivables for an onsite position in Bibra Lake. This role offers a pay rate of $40 – $42 per hour and involves casual hours, typically between 20–30 per week, with the potential for full-time employment.
The core responsibility of this role is managing the accounts receivable function, encompassing invoicing, follow-ups, and collections. The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-focused, and possess the ability to professionally pursue overdue payments with confidence. This position requires clear communication skills for resolving account queries with both customers and internal teams, and a commitment to maintaining accurate records within MYOB and SimPRO. The role also involves managing job registers and documentation, and providing support for broader accounts tasks as needed. This is a structured role, not one focused on crisis management.
Essential experience includes a background in accounts receivable or general accounts. The ability to follow up on overdue payments professionally, communicate clearly, and maintain a steady, unflappable energy in a busy environment are key. Experience with MYOB and/or SimPRO is considered a significant advantage.
