The Right at Home Gympie Region team is looking for an experienced, qualified, reliable, and passionate Registered Nurse (RN). Ideal Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will possess experience in managing client enquiries, conducting client consultations, facilitating client onboarding, and managing a client caseload. The RN will also have experience with the scheduling requirements for community care workers.

Position Overview: This customer-focused role involves consulting with families, conducting in-home care assessments, and developing care plans tailored to client needs. The position is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing the performance of our carers and nurses. Full training will be provided to reliable and successful candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with managing incoming telephone and internet enquiries.
• Administer client medicines and treatments, and perform other duties of a Registered Nurse.
• Meet with clients to assess their needs, handling all types of interactions from information requests and feedback to general enquiries and complaints.
• Prepare in-home care assessments and care plans to best meet client requirements.
• Ensure all documentation is accurately and comprehensively completed within Right at Home databases and software programs, adhering to organisational policies, procedures, and legislative frameworks.
• Maintain client compliance and documentation in accordance with government standards.
• Prepare client budgets, provide individualised budget copies to clients, and review budgets as needed.
• Act as a liaison with the accounts department, ensuring accurate billing aligned with the care plan, including entering client expenses into CRM, accounting, and financial software.
• Provide "on-call" services on a rotational basis outside of standard hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.

Salary: Starting at an hourly rate of $48.19, dependent on experience.
