As a CFO Professional within our CFO Advisory team, you will be instrumental in enhancing Finance functions through a spectrum of Assurance services and business guidance for a diverse clientele, ranging from emerging enterprises to established corporations.

Key Responsibilities

• Finance Function Modernisation: Support the transition from transactional processing to data-driven insights for informed decision-making.
• Process Optimisation: Engage in process modernisation, activity analysis, risk and control design, and continuous monitoring.
• Finance System Implementation Support: Contribute to business case development, chart of accounts design, program management, and control design/assurance.
• Cost Optimisation: Identify operating model and commercial benefits to finance modernisation programs.
• Transactional Change: Provide governance, accounting, integration, and synergy realisation support for pre or post-deal activities.

What We Are Looking For

• Financial Expertise: A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, potentially within financial transformation or advisory, supported by a recognised CA qualification.
• Leadership and Management: Demonstrated experience in managing and leading teams, with the capacity to mentor and develop staff. Strong project management skills and a proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in engaging and influencing senior stakeholders. The ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to varied audiences.
• Industry Knowledge and Regulatory Understanding: A thorough understanding of the industry and applicable regulatory frameworks. Experience in advising on compliance and regulatory requirements, and navigating complex legal and regulatory environments.

Salary Information

The minimum salary for a Senior Associate in this role is AUD 89,100, inclusive of superannuation. Individuals in higher grades will receive a salary within the established salary bands for these positions.
