JCA Land Consultants, a reputable Surveying and Engineering Consultancy known for delivering quality results throughout Victoria, is seeking a Civil Design Engineer for its Ringwood office. This permanent, full-time position is based onsite at our Ringwood location.

The Role This position offers a chance to engage with a variety of projects within a developing and collaborative team setting.

Responsibilities include:

• Undertaking civil design and documentation for diverse developments.
• Assisting with project delivery from initial concept to construction.
• Performing construction phase reviews and verifying compliance.
• Engaging with clients, councils, and relevant authorities.

Projects encompass:

• Residential subdivisions and developments.
• Commercial and industrial projects.
• Local Government and Department of Transport infrastructure.
• Water Authority and Body Corporate developments.

About You To be considered for this role, you will possess:

• A degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in civil design, with land development being preferred.
• Competence in 12D (highly regarded) and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with Victorian authority standards, including Councils, the Department of Transport, and Water Authorities.
• Experience in construction support and compliance.
• Effective communication and teamwork capabilities.
