Civil Designer - Land Development

Anjuna People is seeking a Civil Designer for a full-time position based in South Brisbane. The salary offered is $125,000 – $135,000 per year. This role offers a remote work arrangement.

This opportunity is for an individual who excels in civil design, specifically within land development and subdivision projects. The focus is on delivering quality work and maintaining a punctual departure from the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Producing civil designs using 12D software.
• Working on land development and subdivision projects, including:
• Residential estates
• Subdivision infrastructure
• Stormwater and drainage
• Road design
• Water and sewer reticulation

Requirements:

• Several years of civil design experience.
• Proficiency in 12D as the primary design tool.
• A background in land development or subdivision is important.
• Comfort working to local authority standards.
• Ability to manage personal output independently.
