This position will support your growth within WSP’s Bridges, Aviation and Roads team. You will work with skilled professionals on landmark projects, developing forward-thinking solutions that benefit both clients and communities.

Your Responsibilities

Join our active VIC team as a Civil Drafter, contributing to diverse civil and infrastructure projects. Your duties will include:

• Preparing, managing, and issuing drawings for complex engineering projects.
• Communicating with designers and project team engineers to ensure project deliverables are met on schedule.
• Planning and managing your workload to adhere to deadlines and budgets.
• Engaging in knowledge exchange and learning, with an emphasis on new technologies and Digital Engineering.
• Supporting the enhancement of existing and new engineering software, tools, and established best practice procedures.

This is a hybrid role, operating from our Melbourne office.

Your Profile

• Possess 1-5 years of civil drafting experience, including involvement in roads, rail, or civil infrastructure projects.
• Hold qualifications in civil drafting or engineering design.
• Are a proficient user of MicroStation and preferably AutoCAD.
• Exhibit strong communication skills and a desire to learn.
