A Melbourne CBD civil and structural consultancy, privately owned and with over two decades of delivery experience, seeks a Civil Engineer. The directors, engineers with significant industry experience, provide mentorship and set high technical standards while allowing autonomy.

The Work:

• Deliver civil engineering design for a diverse project range including large-scale health infrastructure, commercial, residential, mixed-use developments, council infrastructure upgrades, and defence projects.
• Engage in projects of varying scales, primarily within Victoria, with occasional interstate opportunities.
• Manage projects from conceptualisation through to construction.
• Collaborate with technically proficient directors who are personally invested in project outcomes.
• Operate within a practice where peer review is an integral part of the culture.
