Shadforth, a prominent civil contracting company with over 50 years of history and a strong presence across Queensland and Northern New South Wales, is seeking Civil Site and Project Engineers. We specialise in residential and commercial subdivisions and major civil infrastructure, including roads and bridges. We are currently overseeing civil construction projects in the West Ipswich / Lockyer Valley region, with project values ranging from $5 million to $70 million.

Reporting to the Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily project activities to ensure project outcomes align with contractual and safety requirements.
- Conducting daily site inspections and supervising onsite teams and plant, including subcontractors.
- Managing construction planning, programming, and completion schedules.
- Procuring and allocating necessary project resources.
- Tracking and reporting project costs to the Project Manager.
- Undertaking Quality Assurance documentation.
- Managing contract administration, including Notices of Defects (NODs), Extensions of Time (EOTs), notices, reporting, and claims.
