Roc Consulting is seeking a Client Manager for an exceptional boutique firm located in Milton. The Firm This is a significant opportunity with a leading boutique accounting firm in Milton. The firm is poised for rapid growth, supported by visionary leadership and well-established systems and processes. The Partners are committed to employee empowerment.

The Position The Client Manager role has been established to enable Partners to focus on new business development. The responsibilities include managing approximately $750,000 in fees and supervising two offshore staff members. Key duties involve delivering high-quality tax compliance and advisory services.

Candidate Profile The successful candidate will possess the following:

• CA/CPA qualification
• A minimum of 6 years' experience within Australian Public Practice, gained at reputable firms
• Experience mentoring or supervising offshore staff, or a willingness to manage offshore staff
• Experience working with large and complex clients
• A stable employment history
• The ability to foster a positive team culture
• Very strong technical ability
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills (non-negotiable)

Rewards The successful candidate will receive a highly competitive remuneration package commensurate with their skills and experience. This includes a base salary of $140,000 - $160,000 plus superannuation, and a lucrative bonus structure paying 40% of revenue generated above a defined threshold.
