Cerebral Palsy Alliance

Location: Ryde (hybrid) Salary: $81,000 - $82,000 per annum Work type: Full-time

As a Client Services Consultant, you will be instrumental in managing client relationships, facilitating connections to appropriate services, and contributing to customer service functions. Your duties will encompass scheduling appointments, managing incoming calls, and ensuring smooth client engagement.

This position is based at our Ryde office. Initially, you will be required to work from the office to familiarise yourself with the role and establish internal business relationships. Flexible and hybrid working arrangements will become available after six months.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
  • Service Coordination: Guide clients to suitable services and supports, overseeing their journey from commencement to completion.
  • Customer Service Support: Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and address routine service delivery inquiries.
  • Workflow Management: Prioritise tasks efficiently to manage your client caseload and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

About You:

  • Client-Centric Approach: You exhibit empathy, compassion, and a genuine dedication to prioritising clients in all interactions.
  • Relationship Builder: Possess a strong capacity to build rapport and foster positive, trust-based relationships with clients, families, and internal stakeholders.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrated experience in customer service, a call centre environment, and/or medical reception settings. Strong administrative and exceptional customer service skills are essential.
  • Team Player: Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team structure.
  • KPI Achievement: Experience in working towards and achieving KPIs.
  • Time Management: Possess strong organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient with the Microsoft suite and experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce is desirable.
