Arc Infrastructure manages and develops transport infrastructure assets that support growth and create jobs in WA. Rail forms the core of our operations, with a 5,500km rail network serving as the primary conduit for freight transport across Western Australia, connecting the Midwest, Goldfields, Yilgarn, South West, and Great Southern regions. We collaborate with industry, customers, partners, and communities to identify and pursue opportunities that will strengthen our rail network for the benefit of WA.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Commercial Analyst to directly influence pricing strategy and operational performance across Arc's customer portfolio.

The Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing and reviewing financial modelling, ensuring models remain current and ready for use on an ongoing basis.
• Developing revenue budgets and operational forecasts, with tracking and reporting on performance as required.
• Assisting in the preparation and review of track access pricing and pricing schedules for inclusion in Commercial contracts.
• Supplying information and analysis within the Commercial and Customer area and the broader business.
• Conducting desktop research and data analysis to provide commercial information to the business as needed.
• Critically reviewing the inputs, methodology, and mechanics of financial modelling, analysis, billing, and reporting activities undertaken by peers.

About You

Essential qualifications and experience include:

• Experience in commercial and contract management.
• A degree in law or commerce is preferable but not essential.
