CORPORATE FINANCE ASSOCIATE

AXR Recruitment & Search is presenting an engaging and rewarding role within a highly regarded and well-connected Chartered Accounting Firm based in Sydney. This firm provides services across Business Advisory, Tax Consulting, Superannuation, and Corporate Finance.

Responsibilities:

You will receive training and be involved in a wide array of Corporate Finance activities, including:

• Valuation of businesses
• Due Diligence
• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
• Preparation of Independent Expert's Reports
• Capital raisings, including preparation of Investigating Accountant's Reports
• Modelling
• Buy and Sell side advisory

Requirements:

Ideally, you will possess up to 2 years of experience in Corporate Finance. However, candidates with experience in Due Diligence or analytics within Audit/Business Services will also be considered.

Essential attributes include strong communication skills, a pragmatic approach, the ability to be a team player, flexibility, and a desire to learn and develop Corporate Finance skills.

• Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 package plus excellent training
