Corporate Tax Accountant (1-3 Years Experience)

Tailored Talent Solutions is seeking a Corporate Tax Accountant for an elite boutique accounting firm located in Sydney, NSW. This full-time, onsite position offers a salary of $80,000 – $120,000 per year.

You will work under the guidance of former Big 4 Partner and Manager, gaining experience in strategic tax consulting across the following areas:

• Corporate and international tax
• Tax provision reviews
• Deferred tax calculations
• Preparation of detailed memorandums of advice
• Tax controversy

This role is ideal for individuals who excel at finding solutions for clients and are eager to develop within a dynamic team.

Your Role

• Provide taxation and business advice to a diverse client base.
• Review accounts and tax returns, ensuring compliance with all accounting standards.
• Offer tax advice as required.
• Manage compliance obligations, including payroll tax, land tax, fringe benefit tax, stamp duty, and ASIC requirements.
• Liaise with clients regarding management accounts and address all client inquiries.
• Undertake project work in line with business needs.
• Conduct technical research.
• Participate in internal training and committees.

Qualifications for Success

• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a professional practice.
• Ability to manage large and complex groups and clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated and capable of working autonomously.
• CA or part CA qualified.
