This Junior/Entry Level Credit Controller position will support the business by accurately and promptly processing customer payments, performing account reconciliations, and collaborating with customers to secure payments and reduce outstanding debt. The role is based at our Braeside HQ, with a hybrid arrangement offering 2 days Work From Home after initial training.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily receipting and banking, ensuring accurate recording, reconciliation, and timely deposit of all customer payments.
• Proactively monitor debtor ageing and follow up on overdue invoices via email and phone.
• Prepare and dispatch client statements and reminder letters.
• Maintain precise records of client communications and transactions.
• Respond to and resolve account-related inquiries in conjunction with internal stakeholders.
• Provide ad-hoc administrative, accounts, and operational support as needed.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and participate in cross-training opportunities.

Experience and Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
