We are seeking a Services Engineer with experience in complex $50M-plus projects across South Australia. This role demands absolute focus and dedication to managing engineering installations and commissioning, ensuring all technical components are delivered in compliance with project requirements. You will work closely with senior management and the operations team throughout the preconstruction, construction, and commissioning phases for all services and engineering components.

Some duties and responsibilities you may already be performing include:

• Leading and managing on-site and off-site engineering activities through to the final certificate of completion.
• Ensuring all documentation, such as O&M manuals, is delivered to the client post-project completion.
• Coordinating investigative works and supporting the project team in planning engineering works.
• Managing commissioning activities, including preparing commissioning plans and monitoring project deliverables.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring all engineering documentation (shop drawings, test reports, technical data) is completed accurately and on time.
• Liaising with consultants, contractors, and other trades to ensure timely, compliant project delivery.
• Monitoring site safety and ensuring compliance with all health and safety requirements.
• Contributing to the preparation of progress and management reports.

Skills and Experience:

• An HVAC, mechanical, and/or electrical engineering background is preferred.
• A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field would be a bonus.
• Three years of experience as a Services Engineer in the construction industry, in the Tier 2 space if possible.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, and Hammertech.

Please note that consulting, civil, resources, and mining experience alone will not be sufficient for this role, given the size, complexity, and scope of our commercial construction projects. Service Engineers from other backgrounds are welcome to apply.
