Customer Master Data Officer - Credit Admin
Alexander Appointments is seeking a full-time, onsite Customer Master Data Officer for a permanent role in the Eastern Creek area.

Due to ongoing expansion, a position has opened within the Accounts Receivable department for a Master Data Officer.
The Role Within the Accounts Receivable function, you will be instrumental in upholding the accuracy of customer account information and providing support to the broader credit team. Your duties will encompass:
- Creation and ongoing management of customer accounts within the ERP system.
- Processing of customer credit applications, including the execution of credit reference checks.
- Maintenance of precise customer master data records.
- Addressing customer account inquiries.
- Ensuring data accuracy and adherence to company procedures.
- Assisting internal stakeholders with customer account details.
- Contributing to reporting, data validation, and process improvement initiatives.
About You To be successful in this position, you will possess:
- Prior experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Administration, Customer Service, or Master Data management.
- Demonstrated experience in processing customer account applications and maintaining customer records.
- Proficient data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation capabilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Oracle ERP experience is highly regarded but not essential.
