Suburban Land Agency Canberra ACT Full-time, Onsite Salary: $149,172 - $167,151

The Suburban Land Agency seeks a Director, Management Accounting to lead a critical function within the Land, Value, Finance and Technology Branch. This role provides essential financial support for property development projects throughout Canberra.

We are seeking a leader with a commercial focus and a track record of achieving results. Essential experience includes finance, project budgeting and reporting, engaging with stakeholders, leading teams, and driving continuous improvement.

Eligibility/Other Requirements:

• Full membership of either Certified Practising Accountants (CPA) Australia or Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand (CA ANZ) is highly desirable.

• This position operates under an activity-based working (ABW) model, meaning officers will not be assigned a permanent workstation or desk.
