TRI-CARE Solutions is seeking dedicated staff to support a young man living in his own home, enabling him to lead an independent life.

About the Role:

This role involves assisting an individual with an intellectual disability and mental illness. While he enjoys interests such as travel, computers, sport, and dining out, his conditions can impact his motivation and ability to engage fully. Your responsibilities will include supporting him in his home, facilitating community access, and attending to personal care needs.

Requirements:

• Candidates must reside within 20km of Croydon.
• Experience in caring for individuals with an intellectual disability and mental illness is essential.
• Proven ability to perform PC care and work with clients exhibiting behaviours of concern.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working with clients who have an intellectual disability and mental illness.
• Must hold a current:
• Police check
• NDIS clearance
• Working with Children check
• First Aid certificate

Work Schedule:

Flexible shift patterns are available, including:
