As our Disability Services Manager, you will hold a pivotal leadership position in guiding the evolution of our Lifestyle Support Services. This role presents an opportunity to direct capable teams, influence organisational direction, and achieve significant results for the individuals and communities we serve.

About the Role

Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you will provide strategic and operational oversight for our Lifestyle Support portfolio. Your focus will be on ensuring services are safe, meet all regulatory requirements, are financially viable, and consistently deliver outstanding outcomes.

You will guide Service Delivery teams in integrating our Therapeutic Care Framework, ensuring that trauma-informed, person-centred, and rights-based practices are central to all operations. In collaboration with leaders, families, participants, and key stakeholders, you will foster a culture of accountability, quality, and ongoing improvement.

About You

You are an experienced operational leader with strong business understanding and a sincere commitment to enhancing the lives of people with disability.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Community Services, Disability, Youth Work, Management, or a related field.
  • Substantial leadership experience within the disability, NDIS, community services, mental health, or a similar sector.
  • Demonstrated success in leading service delivery, workforce performance, quality assurance, compliance, and operational risk management.
  • Experience in implementing practice frameworks and driving service excellence.
  • Proficient stakeholder management skills, engaging with clients, families, regulators, and community partners.

Skills & Knowledge

  • A thorough understanding of trauma-informed practice, person-centred support, safeguarding principles, and disability rights.
  • Sound knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards, relevant legislation, and quality frameworks.
  • Excellent skills in communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making.
  • The capacity to balance participant outcomes with operational efficiency and financial sustainability.

Essential Requirements

You will be required to hold and maintain:

  • A current Blue Card.
  • A current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card).
  • A current Driver's Licence.
