Your Profile:

• Experience supporting individuals with disability, including those with complex behaviours.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and approach challenges with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
• Enjoyment in building genuine relationships while upholding clear professional boundaries.
• Reliability, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred support.
