Nextt Group Pty Ltd is seeking dedicated and reliable Disability Support Workers to assist participants in Port Macquarie and Kew.

About the Role This position involves supporting participants with:

• Personal care
• Domestic tasks
• Daily errands
• Social activities

The focus is on promoting independence, confidence, and choice for participants.

Shift Availability

• Shifts are available Monday to Sunday.
• Applicants should ideally have availability between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, along with availability for sleepovers.
• Flexibility is required to support participants' weekly routines and community activities.

About You We are looking for Support Workers who demonstrate the following attributes:

• Patient, reliable, and respectful
• Positive, compassionate, and person-centred
• Confident in supporting community access and daily routines
• Skilled at encouraging independence and building confidence
• Good problem-solvers with strong communication skills
• Comfortable supporting planning, appointments, and safe community participation

Required Certificates & Licences

• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working with Children Check – Employee
• First Aid and CPR Certificate
• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent
• Australian Driver’s Licence and fully insured vehicle

Pay Rates Rates are based on the SCHADS Award E3.1 Casual Rates (before tax):

• Base hourly rate: $36.81
• Afternoon shift (shift ends between 8:00 pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $40.49
• Active Night shift (finishes after midnight or starts before 6:00 am, Monday to Friday): $41.23
• Saturday: $51.54
• Sunday: $66.26
• Public holiday: $80.99
