Reycare Support Services is an NDIS provider operating in Melbourne's South East and the Mornington Peninsula. Our objective is to enhance client lives through positive and approachable support, ensuring they can live more independently and fulfilled lives. We aim to understand the necessary level of care and provide suitable support workers.

We are seeking to expand our team with a Support Worker to fill 3-4 shifts weekly, totalling approximately 15-20 hours. There is potential for additional hours. Typically, 2-3 of these shifts will involve supporting children and/or teenagers after school hours, extending into the evening (3:00 PM to 8:00 PM/9:00 PM). Other shifts will focus on community access. Further details will be discussed during an interview.

Availability/Hours

• Reliability and commitment to scheduled days are essential.
• Availability for 2-3 afternoon shifts (3:00 PM to 8:00 PM/9:00 PM) is required. Flexibility with days is a bonus.
• Willingness to undertake occasional weekend or respite shifts.
• Willingness to commence work at 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM at least once per week.
• Willingness to start with limited hours (15-20 per week) with the capacity to increase hours by picking up extra shifts.
• Availability to work Fridays.
• Full availability throughout August and September 2026, without taking leave or holidays during this period.
• Willingness to travel to Flinders and Rye.
• Willingness to perform cleaning duties.

Experience

• Experience supporting children and/or teenagers with ADHD and Autism.
• Experience in the industry.
• Experience supporting children.

Mandatory Checks

• NDIS Worker Check
• Working with Children Check
• Police Check
• Driver's License
• First Aid Certificate

Certificates are preferred but not essential if you are willing to undertake the duties with our training.
