Disability Support Workers - Sydney

Focus Care Australia is looking for energetic and compassionate Support Workers to join our team in Sydney, NSW. This casual role requires onsite presence.

We provide services to participants in Strathfield, Liverpool, and Mosman. Services are needed seven days a week. This opportunity may appeal to experienced Support Workers, or students undertaking nursing or allied health disciplines.

Each client engagement includes a minimum of two hours, allowing for the development of rapport and meaningful connections.

About You:

• A current driver's license and a dependable vehicle are required.
• You must possess an NDIS Worker Check, or be willing to obtain one.
• Availability for a minimum of 10-15 hours per week, Monday to Friday, is essential.
• You must be willing to deliver services including personal care, transport, domestic assistance, and social support, travelling to clients' homes within designated service areas.
