With a robust pipeline of confirmed projects and ongoing business expansion, we seek seasoned engineering professionals to contribute to a collaborative team delivering complex electrical projects across various sectors.

Current Opportunities

Electrical Design Engineer Join a high-performing engineering team responsible for electrical designs from initial concept through to construction and commissioning. Your responsibilities will include preparing engineering calculations, drawings, and technical documentation. You will collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and construction teams to provide practical, compliant, and innovative engineering solutions.

Quality Engineer Assume a critical role in upholding quality standards on major electrical construction projects. Your duties will involve developing and maintaining quality management documentation, conducting inspections and audits, managing Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), overseeing quality assurance processes, coordinating defect management, and ensuring adherence to Australian Standards and project specifications. You will also support commissioning and handover activities and work alongside project delivery teams to foster continuous improvement across multiple projects.

Candidate Profile We are seeking professionals with:

• Experience in commercial, healthcare, infrastructure, and industrial projects.
• A strong understanding of Australian Standards, the National Construction Code, and electrical construction practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• A keen attention to detail and a dedication to quality and continuous improvement.
• Experience collaborating with project delivery teams in dynamic construction environments.

Electrical Design Engineer - Desired Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, PowerCAD, Bluebeam, or comparable design software.
• Experience in designing electrical building services and power distribution systems.
• The ability to manage projects from concept through to construction support.

Quality Engineer - Desired Qualifications:

• Experience implementing Quality Management Systems (QMS) within construction or electrical projects.
• Experience in preparing and managing ITPs, quality documentation, and audit processes.
• A strong understanding of QA/QC procedures, commissioning, and project handovers.
• Experience working with project managers, site teams, and clients to ensure compliance and quality outcomes.
