Executive Assistant Alzheimer's WA Subiaco Full-time, Onsite

Alzheimer's WA is committed to assisting individuals impacted by dementia, their families, and carers throughout their entire journey. As Western Australia's primary organisation for dementia support, we offer advocacy, education, support, and care services that enhance the lives of over 42,000 West Australians affected by dementia.

This role offers a unique opportunity to operate at the core of a mission-focused organisation. You will provide high-level executive and governance support to the Chief Executive Officer and the Board, contribute to strategic initiatives, manage Board governance coordination, and cultivate strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO's complex diary, correspondence, emails, and meeting schedule.
  • Coordinate Board, Committee, and Executive meetings, including the preparation of agendas, papers, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, briefing papers, and other executive documentation.
  • Coordinate strategic projects, events, and organisational initiatives on behalf of the CEO.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO, Board Directors, Executive Leadership Team, and external stakeholders.
  • Manage travel arrangements, events, organisational memberships, and general executive administration.
  • Support governance processes, including the Annual General Meeting and Board reporting.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to administrative support staff, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

About You:

  • Extensive experience providing executive support to a Chief Executive Officer, Executive, or Board.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Board and Committee governance processes.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet competing deadlines.
  • Outstanding written communication skills, with experience in preparing reports, presentations, and Board papers.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, possessing the confidence to engage professionally at all levels.
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Relevant qualifications in Business, Business Administration, or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
