NJM Design Pty Ltd is seeking an Experienced Structural / Civil Drafter for a full-time, onsite position at their Melbourne VIC office. The salary range for this role is $85,000 – $105,000 per year.

About the Role

The Experienced Structural / Civil Drafter will work closely with Structural Engineers to prepare structural and civil documentation for various projects. These project types include:

• Commercial developments
• Residential apartments
• Industrial facilities
• Education projects
• Healthcare facilities
• Mixed-use developments

The role involves preparing accurate documentation from concept design through to construction.

About You

To be considered for this position, candidates will possess:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Structural and/or Civil Drafter.
• Experience preparing structural documentation for Australian projects.
• Revit experience is highly desirable, with a focus on proficiency in Revit Structure.
• Experience with AutoCAD.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
