Female Support Worker, SIL Home & Community Participation

New Era Disability Service is seeking a dedicated Female Support Worker for a permanent part-time or casual position, involving 25-30 hours per week. This role offers regular shifts with no rotating rosters.

Location: Five Dock, NSW Salary: $35 – $50 per hour Work type: Part-time, Onsite

Current Shift Vacancies:

• Tuesday evening shift (minimum 5-8 hours)
• Thursday day shift (minimum 5-8 hours)
• Friday evening shift (minimum 5-8 hours)
• Saturday day shift (minimum 5-8 hours)

Additional shifts may be available for pick-up when other support staff are on leave.

Essential Requirements:

• Current First Aid & CPR certification.
• NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Cert III in Disability or similar (preferred).
• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Full driver’s license and confident driving.
• Comfortable using technology and writing shift notes.
