This full-time, onsite position is located in Brookvale.
The Opportunity This role serves as a commercially and operations-focused Finance Analyst for Woven Image, CSR's design-led division specialising in innovative acoustic finishes, textiles, and interior solutions. The position involves close partnership with sales, operations, and finance teams to deliver accurate financial reporting, actionable insights, and process improvements that support business performance and sustainable growth.
What You Will Be Doing
- Support month-end close processes, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial results.
- Maintain general ledger accounts and perform high-quality balance sheet reconciliations, including bank and cash accounts.
- Deliver timely financial reporting, budgets, and forecasts in alignment with CSR and Saint-Gobain requirements.
- Analyse business performance across revenue, margins, production costs, and plant efficiency, providing clear insights and recommendations.
- Investigate variances and trends to identify profit improvement and cost optimisation opportunities.
- Support standard costing through analysis of raw materials, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and manufacturing variances.
- Monitor and analyse working capital performance, including inventory and cash flow metrics.
- Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes and reconcile accounts across ERP systems.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including process simplification, automation, and system enhancements.
- Support business systems projects that impact commercial and operational functions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, sales, operations, and corporate teams to support decision-making.
What You Will Bring
- Working towards a CPA or CA qualification.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar accounting or finance role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate insights effectively.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Business Central is desirable.
- A collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- A continuous improvement focus, with a willingness to drive efficiencies.
