Scentre Group is seeking a Finance Analyst for a 12-month contract opportunity in Sydney, NSW. This is an onsite role.

Your Opportunity

The Leasing Finance team operates as a key component of the Operations Finance department, serving as finance business partners to the Leasing & Retail Solutions team. This team provides essential financial insights and analysis to support commercial decision-making for our Leasing and Retail Solutions stakeholders.

As a Leasing Finance Analyst, you will partner with the Leasing & Retail Solutions Team, offering financial support to aid in their decision-making processes.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Financial and Management Reporting: Produce and review accurate budgets, long-term forecasts, and bi-monthly forecasts for a portfolio of centres.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Provide analytical support to internal and external stakeholders to achieve the strategic plan.
• Create Insights and Strategic Analysis: Offer numerical support for leasing decisions concerning gross rent data across a portfolio of centres.
• Managing Deliverables: Prioritise work to ensure regular, scheduled deliverables are met on time and maintain consistent quality, while also managing ad hoc requests from Leasing Executives.
• Innovation: Support the implementation of Finance Plan on a Page initiatives aimed at helping Scentre Group achieve its strategic objectives.

This role is a fixed-term contract for a duration of 12 months.

While no single background is prescribed, relevant technical experience combined with a clear enthusiasm for property will be advantageous. You should be able to demonstrate not only technical proficiency in your career but also experience partnering with the business to understand their operational areas.

In addition to your technical capabilities, you will be confident, energetic, and driven. A history of building strong rapport with all stakeholders and thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment is desirable.
