Robert Half is seeking a Finance Business Partner for a contract role based in Melbourne VIC. This onsite position offers a remuneration of $75 - $80 per hour plus superannuation.

This growing FMCG organisation, situated in Melbourne's inner suburbs, is dedicated to expanding its market footprint through innovation and solid commercial results, all while upholding stringent governance within a regulated framework.

The position involves close collaboration with key stakeholders to provide financial reporting, forecasting, and commercial insights that underpin business performance and decision-making. The role is integral to steering planning processes, enhancing reporting capabilities, and delivering analysis to support strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports.
• Provide commercial analysis and insights.
• Build and maintain financial models.
• Support business cases and strategic initiatives.
• Drive process improvement and automation.
• Deliver ad hoc financial analysis.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and reporting timelines.

Your Profile:

• Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• CA or CPA Qualified.
• Experience in Financial Planning or as a Commercial Analyst.
