Finance Business Partner
TRUCK TECH is seeking a full-time, on-site Finance Business Partner to join our team in Chipping Norton, NSW (South-West Sydney). This role offers competitive family-friendly hours and a salary of $140,000 plus superannuation.

TRUCK TECH is looking for a Finance Business Partner to provide financial support to our Branch Operations and Head Office Managers, contributing to our ongoing rapid growth.

We require a Finance Business Partner to deliver financial analysis, forecasting, and business insights to key stakeholders.
Your Role: As Finance Business Partner, you will collaborate with branch, operations, and leadership teams to embed data-driven decision-making and planning into our growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a finance co-pilot for branch and operations teams, offering insights and financial support.
- Monitor cash flow trends and propose strategies for improved cash efficiency.
- Maintain accurate weekly, daily, and monthly KPI and Financial reports using platforms such as Power BI, Fathom, Excel, and Claude.
- Collaborate with the business systems team to ensure financial, AI, and BI tools provide current and accurate reporting.
- Prepare and manage annual budgets and quarterly forecasts in conjunction with branch managers.
- Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations and uphold financial data integrity.
- Provide variance analysis on significant financial and operational line items.
- Support real-time financial decision-making through precise performance metrics.
- Ensure financial governance and compliance with financial reporting and taxation regulations (GST, FBT, PAYG, BAS).

Your Skills & Experience:
- Essential:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- 3-5+ years of experience in management accounting or corporate finance.
- CPA, CA, or equivalent financial qualification (or currently pursuing one).
- Significant experience in budgeting, business analysis, and financial reporting.
- Advanced Excel proficiency, with expertise in Power BI and other reporting tools.
- Experience with ERP and financial reporting systems.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and with senior executives.
- Demonstrated alignment with our company values.
- Desirable:
- Experience in industries with substantial operational finance components (e.g., automotive, logistics, transport, or heavy equipment sectors).
- Experience in fast-growing businesses scaling from $50M to $150M+.
- A thorough understanding of inventory and procurement financial processes.
- Experience working with Claude AI or similar platforms will be viewed favourably.
