Chandler Macleod is seeking an experienced Finance Manager for a full-time, onsite role in Geebung, Brisbane. The salary offered is AUD 120,000 - 135,000 per annum, plus Super.

This is an autonomous position offering the chance to genuinely influence business performance within a growing organisation. The successful candidate will take ownership of the finance function, reporting directly to the Director and leading a small team. This hands-on role has a strong emphasis on cash flow management, working capital, and commercial performance. It is suited to an individual who values autonomy, excels in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently partner with business leaders to influence outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage weekly cash flow forecasting and liquidity.
• Drive accounts receivable performance and collections.
• Monitor inventory levels and working capital.
• Analyse margins and identify profitability improvements.
• Deliver budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Provide commercial insights and decision-making support.
• Lead and mentor a small finance team.

About You:

• 8+ years of experience in a Finance Manager or Financial Controller role.
• Strong financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting experience.
• Commercially focused with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable operating in a hands-on environment.
• Experience leading a small team.

Essential Requirement:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience is essential.

Training and onboarding will be provided through the Rocklea office, with the position based in Geebung.
