Inject Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Finance Manager to join their team in Bowen Hills. This onsite role offers a salary of $130,000 - $155,000 per annum, plus superannuation and bonus.

About the Role

The Finance Manager will be responsible for the complete end-to-end finance function for multiple entities. Key duties include:

• Monthly reporting
• Budgeting
• Forecasting
• Cash flow management
• Delivering weekly financial insights and reporting to the Leadership Team to inform commercial and operational decisions
• Managing payroll, compensation structures, BAS, compliance requirements, and financial controls
• Overseeing revenue operations, including multi-year program revenue recognition, commission reconciliation, and invoicing processes
• Partnering with department leaders to provide financial guidance, challenge assumptions, and enhance business performance through data-driven insights
• Leading and supporting the Finance Operations Coordinator
• Continuing to develop finance processes, systems, and operational efficiencies

Selection Criteria

• CA or CPA qualified
• Finance Manager experience
