Finance Manager MVSI OnBoard North Sydney Full-time, Hybrid

Job Summary
- Act as an expert user of Xero and Joiin, providing support to multiple international subsidiaries.
- Manage and develop junior finance team members.
- Oversee bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and customer invoicing.
- Conduct cashflow forecasting, analysis, and reporting to inform business decisions.
- Manage end-to-end taxation compliance, including PAYG, Payroll Tax, and GST.
- Process payroll, superannuation, and manage workers' compensation.
- Prepare monthly journals and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Identify and challenge unnecessary expenditure and operational inefficiencies.
- Prepare annual statutory accounts and monthly management reporting.
- Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and advisors.
- Manage corporate insurances.
Technical Skills / Experience
- Expertise in Xero, Joiin, and managing multiple international subsidiaries.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance role.
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience.
Personal Skills
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to translate financial data into practical insights for non-finance teams.
- Commercially focused, with experience working under high pressure.
- High attention to detail in reporting, forecasting, and reconciliations.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a scaling business.
- Proactive and adaptable, comfortable with change and ambiguity.
- Demonstrates integrity and sound judgment when handling sensitive financial information.
- Collaborative team player, supportive of and learning from senior finance leaders.
