About the Role Reporting to the CFO, you will play an important role in maintaining strong financial controls, supporting key reporting obligations, undertaking financial analysis, and contributing to continuous improvement across the finance function.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare accurate financial, budgeting, risk management, and management reports.
• Complete reconciliations across ledgers, accounts, asset registers, and bank accounts.
• Assist with liquidity reporting, cash forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Support external reporting requirements, including BAS, APRA reporting, and FBT returns.
• Assist with budget preparation, tax returns, and statutory or regulatory returns.
• Maintain effective internal controls and support improvements to reporting systems and procedures.
• Undertake financial analysis and modelling to support projects, business improvements, and informed decision-making.

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum five years’ experience in a similar role.
• A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong time management skills, with clear and confident written and verbal communication.
• The ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
• A solution-focused mindset, with the ability to identify and support process improvement opportunities.
• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
