Harrison-AI Pty Ltd is seeking a temporary Finance Manager to join our Group Finance team in Sydney, NSW. This full-time, onsite role reports to the Financial Controller and is critical for maintaining the integrity of our day-to-day group accounting and month-end close processes.

This is a hands-on, technically proficient position designed to introduce rigour and scalability to our group finance operations as we expand into new regions and US states, and prepare for an IPO. You will collaborate closely with FP&A, Commercial/RevOps, People & Culture (payroll), Tax, regional SaaS squad leads, the US Services/Frontier finance team, and external auditors and advisers. The ideal candidate will be available to start by July 13th. This is a temporary position, with the potential for permanency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and enhance the group month-end close process, encompassing consolidation across Harrison-AI group entities, intercompany eliminations, and multi-currency translation (functional currency AUD, with exposures in GBP, USD, EUR, SGD, NZD, INR, and CHF).
• Manage intercompany recharge and transfer-pricing journals between group entities, including their elimination during consolidation (e.g., teleradiology recharges, monthly BSSA arrangement between Harrison-AI Services Inc and Frontier Radiology LLC), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain the integrity of the general ledger within NetSuite and the Salesforce-to-billing revenue data flow, supporting SaaS subscription and teleradiology services revenue recognition.
• Coordinate statutory and audit deliverables across various jurisdictions, including preparation for FY26 interim (May) and full-year (September) audits, and assist in embedding the financial controls and governance required for an ASX listing.
• Oversee payroll accounting and reconciliations across Rippling and ADP, including transitions for India and Harrison Services payroll, and US radiologist pay arrangements.
• Manage group-wide cash flow across all bank accounts, ensuring timely payments (AP, payroll, etc.), optimising interest income through term deposit management, and coordinating capital call funding requests.
• Support equity and ESOP accounting administration (Carta, 409A valuations) and coordinate tax compliance with external advisers (e.g., RSM) for US multi-state, federal consolidated, and foreign-parent obligations.
• Drive process and system improvements to reduce manual handling and scale finance operations as the group expands into new regions and US states.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines, including those related to information security. This includes:
• Reading, understanding, and complying with relevant policies and procedures within the Information Security Management System.
• Taking responsibility for developing an adequate level of information security awareness, education, and training to ensure the appropriate use of Harrison.ai's information assets.
• Protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Harrison.ai's information in accordance with the Information Classification Policy.

What You Bring:

• CA or CPA qualification with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in group or financial accounting.
• Ideally, experience within a Big 4 firm and/or a high-growth or listed company environment.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge under IFRS, including consolidations, multi-entity and multi-currency reporting, and revenue recognition (AASB 15 / IFRS 15).
• Hands-on experience managing the month-end close and statutory reporting within a multi-entity group.
• Experience with a cloud ERP system (NetSuite or comparable) and comfort working across integrated systems (CRM/billing and payroll).
• Excellent reconciliation discipline, meticulous attention to detail, and a robust internal controls mindset.
• Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with non-finance stakeholders in a fast-moving, distributed organisation.
