Lawson Elliott Recruitment is seeking an FP&A Manager for a market-leading, high-growth financial services business in Sydney NSW. This full-time, onsite position offers a salary of $140k – $150k plus Super and Bonus, with exceptional career progression opportunities under fantastic mentors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision making.
• Partner with business leaders to prepare revenue, expense, headcount, and profitability forecasts.
• Produce monthly management reporting packs, dashboards, and executive performance analysis.
• Provide commentary and insights on variances to budget, forecast, and prior periods.
• Assist with pricing, profitability, and portfolio analysis across the business.
• Deliver scenario analysis and sensitivity modelling to support strategic decision making.
• Act as a trusted finance partner to business leaders.
• Assist with the implementation and optimisation of ERP, BI, and reporting tools.
• Drive improvements in automation, financial processes, and data quality.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis within a large, complex organisation.
• Preference for experience within the financial services sector.
• CA/CPA qualified.
• Highly driven, collaborative, and eager to learn.
• Ability to influence stakeholders through strong communication across all levels of the business.
