About the Role

In this contract capacity, you will contribute to the execution of precise and punctual fund operations. Your duties will encompass:

• Generating daily bank reconciliations, including the posting of all transactions to the General Ledger.
• Reconciling all member-related transactions.
• Managing daily banking activities, which involves:
• Uploading ABA files.
• Processing manual payments and refunds.
• Uploading and reconciling BPay files.
• Providing assistance in the preparation of Unallocated Money Schedules.
• Supporting the preparation of Benefit Payment Schedules.
• Ensuring adherence to compliance standards, accuracy, and the timely completion of all operational tasks.

About You

Ideal candidates will demonstrate:

• Demonstrated experience in superannuation fund operations.
• Practical experience with bank reconciliations, payments processing, and GL posting.
• A high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
• The capacity to work independently and commence tasks without delay.
• Effective communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
