The Position

Due to ongoing expansion, Linkforce is recruiting a Graduate Accountant to join our Finance team at our Perth CBD Head Office. This permanent, full-time role involves the following responsibilities:

• Managing the allocation and job costing of external costs to entities and jobs.
• Supporting the Payroll function, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processes and reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Creating and posting month-end accruals for trading and non-trading entities.
• Liaising with Procurement and AP Teams regarding transactional queries.
• Conducting month-end reviews.
• Assisting with both internal and external audit processes.
• Contributing to process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

The successful candidate will demonstrate experience in a similar role and possess the following:

• Tertiary qualification in Accountancy.
• Working towards CA/CPA qualification.
• Experience in a commercial accounting environment.
• Confident user of Microsoft Excel and Office 365.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and numeracy accuracy.
• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
