EPCM Solutions is seeking graduate electrical engineers for its 2026 intake in Western Australia. As a dynamic engineering consultancy, we provide engineering support and solutions across the power generation, mining, oil & gas, chemical, and water industries.

We are searching for a diligent engineer who has recently graduated in electrical, electronic, or mechatronic engineering to join our team. In this role, you will gain practical experience in industrial electrical engineering practices, supported by mentorship from our highly experienced lead engineers. A graduate development program will be tailored to individual needs to facilitate career advancement.

You will be involved in diverse projects, visit customer facilities, and learn about current industry practices, equipment, and systems.

We seek a self-motivated individual with a strong interest in continuing technical learning, specifically in one of the following areas:

• Energy and a solid foundation in power engineering and mathematics.
• Switchboard/control panel design.
• Automation, robotics, and industrial control systems.

Technical exposure will encompass various aspects of electrical project design and equipment sizing, automation and software configuration, CAD, project planning, and related tasks.

This is a full-time position with normal office hours, based at our West Perth, WA office. Future site work is anticipated.

Requirements:

• Currently residing in Australia.
• Eligible for membership with Engineers Australia.
• Must hold Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or a suitable Australian Visa permitting full-time work.
