About the Role
As an Electrical Graduate Engineer at DT Infrastructure (DTI), you will join a team delivering significant infrastructure projects across rail, roads, energy, renewables, and Defence. You will contribute to real project outcomes by providing technical support for the Carmody's Hill Wind Farm, ensuring project design and delivery align with operational requirements and engineering standards. This role is part of a Graduate Program designed to build your capability, explore career pathways, and create impact.

The Graduate Program offers experience aligned with your discipline, participation in masterclasses and an annual conference, and support from a buddy and career coach. The program prioritises meaningful exposure aligned with your career goals over rotations.
Experience & Capabilities
- Currently in your final year of study or have graduated within the last 24 months from your graduation date at the time of application.
- Completing or have completed a relevant university degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Demonstrates accountability, professionalism, and pride in their work.
- Possesses a positive attitude and adaptability.
- Communicates clearly and enjoys working with others.
- Is a team player, collaborative, and passionate about personal development.
- Holds relevant Australian working rights.
