Company: Whiddon Location: Kyogle Work Type: Part-time Salary: $33.35 - $37.91 per hour + Salary packaging + Superannuation

Whiddon is seeking a dedicated Home Care Employee to join our team in Kyogle. This part-time role involves providing essential support to elderly Australians, enabling them to continue living independently in their homes.

About the Role: You will be instrumental in delivering a range of services including Domestic Assistance, Social Support, Transportation, Meal Preparation, Personal Care, and Medication services to clients within their residences. The position requires you to service clients in both the Kyogle and Casino areas, and candidates must reside in a surrounding suburb. A minimum of 16 hours per fortnight is guaranteed, with additional hours potentially available based on client needs and service requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Domestic Assistance to clients.
  • Offer Social Support and companionship.
  • Assist with Transportation needs.
  • Prepare meals for clients.
  • Deliver Personal Care services.
  • Administer Medication as required.

Requirements:

  • A Certificate III in Aged Care or a related field.
  • A current First Aid and CPR certificate.
  • An insured vehicle and a valid driver's licence.
  • Residency within a surrounding suburb of Kyogle.
  • Willingness to service clients in both Kyogle and Casino areas.
