Salary: $34.72 - $37.65 per hour, plus superannuation and salary packaging benefits. Work Type: Part-time, onsite. Hours: 20 contracted hours per fortnight. Daytime availability across at least three weekdays per week is required to meet client and rostering needs.

About the Role Our Support at Home Program assists older individuals to reside safely and independently in their own homes for as long as feasible. We are expanding our team and have multiple opportunities within the Loddon Mallee North Region, with current openings in Swan Hill, Lake Boga, Nyah, Nyah West, Piangil, Kerang, and surrounding communities.

As a Home Care Worker, you will travel to clients' residences to deliver personalised support, enabling older individuals to maintain their independence, wellbeing, and connection to their community.

Duties may include:

• Providing personal care support, where required.
• Assisting with domestic tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and household tidying.
• Supporting clients to maintain their independence and quality of life.
• Monitoring client wellbeing and reporting concerns appropriately.
• Respecting and responding to each client's cultural, spiritual, and individual needs.
• Building positive relationships with clients and their families.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and the broader care team.

About You You are compassionate, reliable, and possess a genuine motivation to support older individuals in living independently within their own homes. You are comfortable working autonomously while also being an effective member of a supportive team.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, or an equivalent qualification. (Nursing students who have completed an aged care placement are welcome to apply).
• Experience in home care, aged care, disability support, or domestic support services is desirable.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A commitment to delivering respectful, person-centred support.

Essential Requirements You must possess, or be willing to obtain, the following:

• Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
• A Victorian Driver Licence.
• Access to a reliable, registered, and insured vehicle for work-related travel.
• A Victorian Working With Children Check (Employee).
• Current and ongoing flu vaccination.
• Australian working rights.
• A National Police Check.
