The Royal Freemasons' Benevolent Institution (RFBI) Dubbo has an opening for an experienced individual interested in casual or part-time work within our Catering and/or Hotel Services departments. In this role, you will support the catering, cleaning, and laundry departments, providing quality food and cleaning services to residents to ensure their comfort and well-being.

Established in 1880 to assist those in need, RFBI is an award-winning, leading aged care provider committed to delivering quality aged care services that are accessible to all and positively impact lives. We manage 22 residential aged care villages, 21 retirement villages, and a variety of home and community services across NSW and the ACT.

About the Role:

• Prepare catering areas according to established processes for efficient service delivery.
• Assist in meal preparation, adhering to health and nutritional standards, to provide high-quality, efficient, and effective service.
• Clean resident rooms and common areas, maintaining a tidy village environment free from waste.
• Ensure resident clothing and laundry items are laundered correctly.

Requirements for Consideration:

• Previous experience in an aged care setting (desirable).
• Previous experience in catering, cleaning, and laundry.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Current First Aid Certificate.
• Certificate III in Aged Care (desirable).
• Certificate III in Hospitality or a qualification in Safe Food Handling (desirable).

You must possess or be able to obtain a current National Police Check and be willing to undertake a Pre-Employment Functional Assessment. All applicants must be eligible to work in Australia.
