- Produce technical documentation, design submittals, and as-built drawings to support project delivery.
- Maintain drawing registers, version control, and design records, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards.
Estimating, Materials & Cost Analysis
- Prepare cost estimates, bills of materials, and equipment lists to support HVAC design proposals and project quoting.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to obtain pricing for materials and equipment, assessing options against technical and budget requirements.
- Analyse design and cost data to optimise the balance of performance, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
Project Coordination & Technical Support
- Coordinate with sales teams, project managers, and customers to ensure accurate and timely project execution.
- Support the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems by providing technical drawings and design clarification.
- Record and analyse data on system performance to inform continuous improvement of designs and standard solutions.
