Kinexus is seeking an experienced ILS Manager for a full-time, onsite position in Newcastle. This role is integral to the successful delivery of comprehensive logistics solutions for a significant defence program.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop business functionality by providing guidance on ILS functions.
• Conduct detailed Logistics Supportability Analysis using various techniques.
• Contribute to the systems engineering process and product development by providing input on logistics-related requirements.
• Develop comprehensive Support Plans and related ILS documentation for defence projects.
• Lead project teams in the development of ILSP-S and associated functions.
• Support ILS delivery across the entire product life cycle, from concept through to disposal.
• Identify potential failure modes and risks, and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

• A traceable history in the following:
• Strong knowledge of logistics supportability analysis techniques.
• A high level of experience in ILS management.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Defence acquisition policy and processes.
• Experience in a Defence SPO.
• Experience in Defence acquisition projects.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• A current AGSVA issued Security Clearance is essential.
• A strong appreciation of ILS, Logistics, and Through Life Support in a technical environment.
• Understanding of full life cycle management.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Familiarity with systems engineering principles is advantageous.
• A high level of experience in Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM), Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), and Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) analysis.
