HTG Partners, a boutique accounting firm situated in Victoria Park, is seeking an accountant to become part of our energetic team. We focus on providing distinguished taxation, advisory, and financial solutions to a varied clientele of SME businesses. Our professional services encompass Accounting, Taxation, Audit, and Business Services.

We are looking for a motivated Accountant with commercial acumen and substantial public practice experience, available for an immediate commencement. Reporting directly to the Partners, you will manage your own client portfolio, delivering bespoke tax and accounting guidance.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 to 4 years of Australian taxation and accounting experience.
• Capability to handle various taxation matters, including personal, corporate, and trust taxation and accounting.
• Proficiency and competence in conducting face-to-face client interviews.
• Skill and experience in preparing BAS and FBT.
• Proficiency in Xero and MYOB for taxation and accounting tasks.
• Preferably, completion or near completion of CPA or CA qualifications.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management abilities.
• A positive and energetic disposition with a focus on teamwork.
