About the Role The Accounts Payable Officer will be a key part of managing the organisation's financial transactions. This position offers stability within a growing company, with the intention of a temporary to permanent conversion after a minimum of 6 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes with efficiency and accuracy.
• Process invoices and ensure suppliers are paid in a timely manner.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve payment processes.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in end-to-end accounts payable.
• Jobpac experience within the last 18 months is essential, with a minimum of 12 months overall Jobpac experience.
• Strong capability in managing financial transactions within a construction, property, or development environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a small team and contribute to a stable financial operation.
