Maintenance & Asset Manager Baker Bleu Braeside full-time, onsite
Baker Bleu, established in 2016, has evolved from a single neighbourhood bakery to a respected multi-site operation spanning two states, maintaining its dedication to long fermentation sourdough, ethical sourcing, and disciplined processes. The business has prioritised raising standards during its growth, and this role is central to proving that scale and quality can coexist.
This is a unique opportunity to assume responsibility for maintenance operations within a growing and highly regarded artisan bakery business. While the role is primarily Monday to Friday, flexibility to respond to critical breakdowns and operational priorities when required is essential.

- Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting when required.
