Management Accountant

We are seeking an experienced, versatile accountant to join our team, taking responsibility for both management accounting and financial reporting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare profit and loss statements, conduct revenue analysis, and analyse key costs.
- Perform weekly sales and KPI reporting.
- Contribute to annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting processes.
- Manage annual and internal audits, including liaising with our third-party partner.
- Execute balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances.
- Process Business Activity Statement (BAS) returns and provide assistance with various tax inquiries.
- Handle intercompany recharges, prepayments, and accruals.
- Oversee reconciliations for commission and referral payments.
What You Will Bring:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a finance role encompassing both financial and management/commercial accounting.
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities.
- CPA or CA qualification, or be actively working towards one.
- A proactive approach to process improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to present and manipulate large, complex datasets.

Salary: Up to $115,000 per annum, plus superannuation, profit share, and additional benefits.
